Had some hiccups during my stay, the shower drain was a disaster and left the bathroom flooded. There was no cream for my coffee, which was frustrating, especially after mopping up the floor. the English TV channel barely came through, making it unwatchable, and I didn’t get any exchange for my troubles at checkout, which was a bummer. The breakfast setup felt a bit unclear as it catered to both guests and shoppers, leaving us unsure about what we could grab.

hansa is in a great location, just around the corner from shops. the double room was spacious and modern, with a stylish bathroom. the powerful shower was impressive. staff were super friendly and helpful. breakfast had a lovely variety, perfect to start the day. plus, free parking was a bonus!
